Where to Stay & How To Engage with Wyrdwood

Wyrdwood is a living world in progress —
a private place shaped through presence, care, and continuity.

Access is intentional.
Time here is not rushed.

Below is how people engage with Wyrdwood today, and how that access will continue to grow.

How Access Works

Wyrdwood is membership-based.

This allows the land, community, and culture to remain focused, respectful, and sustainable.

Most on-site access — whether for exploration, learning, craft, or overnight stays — is available through membership.

If you are looking for a casual drop-in destination, Wyrdwood may not be the right fit.
If you are looking for a place to return to, belong to, and grow with — you are in the right place.

Visiting Wyrdwood

Member Access

Members may visit Wyrdwood year-round, subject to seasonal conditions and scheduled activities.

Depending on membership type, access may include:

Day visits for exploration and practice
Participation in workshops and learning programs
Story and narrative engagement
Use of shared spaces and facilities

Some experiences are scheduled; others are woven into daily life.

Education & Workshops

Wyrdwood hosts a growing range of educational programs, workshops, and skill-based learning.

Participants in on-site education are enrolled through a dedicated Education Access membership, ensuring safety, stewardship, and clear expectations.

These programs may include:

Craft and traditional skills
Nature-based learning
Youth and family education
Seasonal intensives

Staying Overnight

Overnight stays are a core part of the Wyrdwood experience.

Current Accommodations

As infrastructure develops, overnight stays may include:

Four-season glamping tents
Seasonal and long-stay camping for members
Private cabins and themed stays (as they are completed)

Accommodation availability varies by season and membership type, and is intentionally limited to preserve the character of the land.

Stays are booked by members and aligned with the rhythms of the world — not mass tourism.

Events & Gatherings

Wyrdwood hosts gatherings that emerge naturally from the life of the world, including:

Markets and seasonal celebrations
Workshops and retreats
Community feasts and milestones

These are not public festivals in the traditional sense.
They are moments of shared presence within a living place.

Attendance typically requires membership or invitation.

A Note On Expectations

Wyrdwood is not a theme park, festival ground, or drop-in campground.

It is a place shaped slowly —
through stewardship, craft, learning, and return.

If that resonates, we invite you to learn more about membership and begin the journey at your own pace.
